01 · Embossed steel skin
Galvanized steel, roller-embossed with the pattern and finished in weather-resistant coating — the layer that takes hail, UV and decades of weather without cracking or peeling.
02 · Rigid PU foam core
Closed-cell polyurethane foamed directly onto the skin at ~40 kg/m³ — insulation (λ 0.024 W/(m·K)), sound damping and panel rigidity in one pour. Fire-retardant core on request.
03 · Aluminum foil back
A bonded foil membrane seals the core against moisture and reflects heat back into the wall cavity — panels stay flat and dimensionally stable from −40 to +70 °C.
