Embossing & Roll-Forming Lines
Coated galvanized coil is pressed through pattern rollers that carve the brick, stone, wood or stucco relief into the steel skin. Roller depth and coil coating are checked at the start of every run — the pattern’s crispness is set here and can’t be fixed later.

Continuous PU Foaming Line
The embossed skin, polyurethane core and foil back are bonded in one continuous pass: foam is injected, rises into every contour of the pattern and cures against the foil. Density and adhesion samples are pulled from the line each shift — foam that grips the steel is what keeps panels flat for decades.

Export Packing & Loading
Panels are film-wrapped, corner-protected and strapped into bundles sized for forklift handling at your warehouse. We photograph every loading, tally the bundle list against the packing list, and send both with the B/L — so what you count at destination matches what left Jinan.
